Would you like to return an item? Items can be returned within fourteen days of receiving your order. Protest does not allow exchanges of items, but you can return them and place a new order with the desired item.
To return one or more items, please follow the return procedure below:
Go to https://protest.returnista.com to register your return shipment. Please enter your e-mail address and the order number.
Place the items you wish to return with this return form in the box in which you received them, or in another sturdy cardboard box. Seal the box well with plenty of tape.
Take your parcel to a post office within three working days of registering it, or use the pick-up service for collection of the parcel (depending on which return method you have chosen).
Within five working days following receipt of the returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account or you will receive a changed Billink invoice.
Please note: You will have to pay the direct costs of returning the goods, which amounts to €7.50.
If wrong or damaged items have been delivered, the return costs are for Protest. In that case, we request you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For more information about this: Received wrong / damaged product
After we received your return, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.
When returning an item please make sure that:
- The item is in the original packaging;
- All labels and cards remain attached to the item;
- Make sure you have a box or sturdy envelope to put the item in;
- Clearly list Protest's return address by placing the label on the box or envelope in a clearly visible location.
If you do not abide the above rules Protest cannot process the item.
We handle your order carefully, but unfortunately it can happen that a wrong or damaged product has been sent.
Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and photographic proof that the product is wrong or damaged.
After checking by one of our employees, a free return label will be sent to initiate the return process. Because exchange is not possible, you can order the product again in our webshop.
