The shipping costs for the Czech Republic are free of charge for orders above Kč 2000. For orders up to Kč 2000, Kč 130 will be charged for shipping.
If you have entered an incorrect or incomplete (delivery) address and the package can’t be delivered, we always have to charge the delivery costs. Please check your details carefully.
In your account you can create different delivery addresses to which you would like to send your order to. It is also possible to set a different billing and delivery address.
Please note: it is not possible to change your delivery address after placing an order.
Shipping times for the Czech Republic: 3 business days.
Once the package is sent, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace link to follow your shipment. If the shipping service is unable to deliver your package on their first attempt, it will be delivered (depending on the courier or shipping service) to your neighbours, or taken back to the post depot.
We can’t deliver to a PO box.
It is possible that your parcel can’t be delivered within 3 working days.
Before contacting us, we would like to ask you to track the shipment status of your parcel and ask for more information from the carrier regarding your parcel.
If the parcel has been delivered according to the Track & Trace, you can view a ‘Proof of Delivery’ in the parcel status. Here you can see who accepted the parcel and where exactly the parcel was delivered. We can even find a GPS point to locate the place where the parcel has been signed.
If you are unable to find a solution, you can contact our customer service. We will then contact the carrier and ensure that a solution will be found as soon as possible.
