The shipping costs for Denmark are free of charge for orders above 750 DKK. For orders up to 750 DKK, 37 DKK will be charged for shipping.

If you have entered an incorrect or incomplete (delivery) address and the package can’t be delivered, we have to charge the delivery costs. Please check your details carefully.

Shipping times for Denmark: Ordered before 16:00, delivered between 2 till 4 working days.

Your order will be sent through your chosen courier or shipping service. Once the package is sent, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace link to follow your shipment. If the shipping service is unable to deliver your package on their first attempt, it will be delivered (depending on the courier or shipping service) to your neighbours, or taken back to the post depot.

*Please note: we don’t deliver on Sundays and can’t deliver to a PO Box.

It is possible that your parcel can’t be delivered within the stated delivery time.

Before contacting us, we would like to ask you to track the shipment status of your parcel and ask for more information from the carrier regarding your parcel.

If the parcel has been delivered according to the Track & Trace, you can view a ‘Proof of Delivery’ in the parcel status. Here you can see who accepted the parcel and where exactly the parcel was delivered. We can even find a GPS point to locate the place where the parcel has been signed.

If you are unable to find a solution, you can contact our customer service. We will then contact the carrier and ensure that a solution will be found as soon as possible.
