How do I place an order?

Shop online at the Protest webshop 24/7
Follow these steps to place an order
1. Surf the collection on protest.eu. Click on the item you like.
2. Here you’ll find more information on the product. You can now also place the item in your shopping cart.
3. To order, select your size and colour, and then click the “ add to cart” button.
4. You’re now looking at your shopping cart. You’ll see the article in the size and colour you choose. You can still adjust the amount. You can also choose to continue shopping by clicking next to the shopping cart, on the left side of the screen or click on the button ‘Continue shopping’. You can place your order by clicking on “checkout”.
5. Continue shopping: you’ve returned to the webshop. Repeat the above instructions to add more items to your shopping cart. You see how many items are in the shopping cart after the word ‘bag’ in the menu in the header.
6. Payment: when you are done shopping click the “Checkout” button on the shopping cart page.
7. The following page allows you to register an account, or login if you already have one. You can also choose to place an order without making an account. After you’ve made a choice you can continue towards the Checkout Page
8. On the Checkout Page you can adjust your billing and shipping details. Once completed click “Continue with Payment”.
9. On the payments page you can choose different payment options. Choose your preferred option and then click “Continue to Order Review”.
10. The “Order Review” page gives you an oversight of the your order. Is everything filled in correctly? Click “Complete Purchase”. You will now be guided through the secure payment system of Ingenico. Follow the onscreen instructions.
11. If the payment is successful your order will be saved and a confirmation email will be sent.

After you have paid for your order it’s not possible to cancel. However you can make a return or use the withdrawal form.

Your payment with Protest is processed quickly and safely through Pay.nl; the online payment service provider. In Great Britain you can pay with PayPal, Maestro, Visa or MasterCard.

Payment with Klarna is only possible for orders shipping within the Netherlands, Germany and Austria.

What are the shipping costs?:
Protest delivers to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Great Britain, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, The Czech Republic, Slovenia and Sweden. Specify your shipping country in the menu or the bottom right of the Protest website.
Shipping to Great-Britain*
No matter how much you order, shipping costs are free.Did you fill in an incorrect or incomplete delivery address to which the package cannot be sent? In that case we will be obligated to charge shipping costs. Please check your order information carefully.
* If you wish to send your delivery to an island belonging to Great Britain, shipping fees are € 27.50.

Shipping times for Great Britain: 2 business days.
You order will be sent through your chosen courier or shipping service. Once the package is sent you will receive an email with the Track & Trace link, in which you can follow your shipment. If the shipping service is unable to deliver your package on their first attempt it will be delivered (depending on the courier or shipping service) to your neighbours, or taken back to the post depot.
We can’t deliver to a PO Box.

How can I return or exchange an item?
How can I return or exchange an item?:
After you placed an order you can return it within 14 days for any reason. The items packaging, however, must be complete, unused, and undamaged. If this is not the case Protest reserve the right to deduct what is owed up to the complete amount.
We cannot automatically exchange items. Should you wish to exchange an item, return it, and then order the new item online.
To return one or more items, follow the below return process dependent of the country in which you reside.
Return process for Great Britain
- In your package you will find a return form. Enter the return date.
- Enter the amount and the items you will be returning in the “Amount returned” and the “Return code”.
- Stick the return label on your package and bring it to a DHL Parcelshop. (Please note: returns from Great Britain are first sent to the Protest establishment/partner in its respective country, and subsequently the package will be processed at the main offices in The Netherlands.)
- Return the package, preferably with a service that provides proof of shipment such as a Track&Track code. Make sure the package has sufficient postage.
Please note: You must bear the shipping costs of returns yourself. No shipping charge is made if the items you received was damaged and/or incorrectly delivered. Your refund will be automatically deposited to your bank account within max. 30 days.
It is not possible to return your parcel via a Parcelshop.

What are the proper conditions for a return?
What are the proper conditions for a return?:
When returning an item make sure that:
• You don’t tamper with the original packaging.
• The item is in the original packaging.
• All labels and cards remain attached to the item.
• The item is placed in a box or envelope.
• Protest’s return address is clearly marked. Use the supplemented address label (this does not apply to returns from Belgium).
• You completely fill out the return form.If you do not abide the above rules Protest may not process the item.
How to return without issues:
• Always use the included return address sticker on the package. Pay attention, this is not Freepost (prepaid postage).
• Always send the completed Protest return form. Do not forgot to do this, otherwise we cannot know who sent it’s from and therefore cannot process the return. Should you not have a return form anymore please include a letter with your name, address, email, phone number, and reason for your return in the package.
• Always send the packages with sufficient postage. Unpaid for shipments will not be delivered. If you choose to ship with postage stamps you will not be able to obtain a proof of shipment. Protest cannot then claim responsibility for any lost packages. We therefore advise to pay for shipment that provides proof of shipment and/or a Track & Trace code.
• Always save the proof of shipment and Track & Trace code. -

Any personal information you provide Protest is used exclusively to provide you with optimal service. Your personal information is never used for any other purpose or given to third parties.
