Sustainable production within the clothing business is a necessary step towards saving our amazing planet for the generations to come. We’re in the process of learning just how we can do that. Within our men’s collection we have an exciting new range called PVRE Green. This PVRE Green series is a combination of our PVRE range, which is our superior technical line, and sustainable production. Clothing in this series is made using recycled fabrics, like nylon and polyester. PVRE Green is PFC-free. Within this series you’ll find the Liquim technical sports jacket. The fabric of this jacket is made using recycled polyester and also has 20K water resistance, fully taped seams and a new element, spacer mesh.
Our Foys ski and snowboard jacket is a perfect fusion of street edge, with its college jacket style, and sustainability. As part of our PVRE Green label, the Foys is made from fabric created from fusing coffee grind and recycled polyester, a new technical sustainable material. Our PVRE Green series includes a range of ski and snowboard jackets, trousers, thermal wear and gloves. Go PVRE Green to get there.
This season we are focusing on the idea of cross-over clothing. This is clothing that is adaptable, comfortable and functional with an urban edge. In a time where we need to be consuming less, it’s important that our clothing is made from quality fabric with classic cuts and functional details. So we have created jackets, like the Nuggety, that you can wear on your weekend walks along the beach, but also if you’re heading into the mountains. Then there is the fantastic 10K Meltin jacket. A jacket a little less ordinary. This longer length piece of outerwear has a relaxed fit and a long length. Here you’ll see workwear-inspired pockets.
Then comes that essential layer of warmth. We have a range of cross-over fleeces, made from fleece and sherpa, with big pockets, functional zippers and a superior level of comfort. Great examples are our Adam 21 and Hanford fleeces, also perfect to use as outerwear when it’s not too cold out there. Combine these great pieces with any of our ski and snowboard trousers and accessorize with our gloves, socks and beanies.
A must-have piece this winter season is the anorak. This great piece of outerwear combines street style with technical mountain detailing. The anorak originally comes from the polar regions and is a true workwear garment. We’ve added details like zippered pockets, ventilation holes and long side zippers to make them easy to put on and take off. Check out our Lostan, Juicens or our camouflage-printed Impulseby anoraks. Combine with a pair of our ski and snowboard trousers and accessorize to complete your look.
We’ve added a new element this season with built-in masks. Both the Landlordy winter jacket and the Legelman fleece have these fabric masks, which can be brought up over the face to keep the elements at bay. Made from a double layer of fabric, this built-in mask just looks like a medium high neck inside the hood when not in use. Along the same line, this season’s new accessory is the balaclava.
Colour is the best wasy to create impact on the slopes. We’ve combined colour with optimum mountain functionality. The Kingstong ski and snowboard jacket is part of our PVRE Green series of sustainable technical clothing. The insulation in this jacket is made from charcoal bamboo. This jacket has 20K water resistance and 20g breathability. Other featured jackets in this group are the colour-blocked Larry and the Crockery ski and snowboard jackets with 10K water resistance and 10g breathability. All of these jackets can be paired with the Miikka or the Owens ski and snowbaord trousers.
Check out the super Hanford mid layer. This tech fleece, which is also colour-blocked, is breathable and warm. Accessorize your look with the Roadie functional ski gloves. These great gloves are part of our PVRE Green series and are made using recycled polyester. Finish your outfit off with the Highupby ski and snowboard socks and the Keeton beanie. An outstanding group of technical must-haves.
You won’t be hard to spot in this amazing camouflage group. A classic Protest print, the camouflage design, is taking a new form this season. You’ll find it on the Garthy 10K ski and snowboard jacket. With it’s relaxed fit and slightly longer length, this is a jacket made for the mountain. There is also the 10K camouflaged Rambo ski and snowboard jacket. You can wear both these great jackets with our Zucca 21 ski and snowboard trousers. For your mid layer we have the Calms zip up top. This great top has 360-degree stretch as well as being breathable and quick drying.
Combine these pieces with the Millby belt or the Evinoby ski braces. These outfit can be completed with the camouflaged Portia beanie. This beanie is made up of a double layer of knitted fabric to ensure that you stay warm while carving up the slopes. Stand out and blend in in this amazing group.
There you have it – a run down of our new mens collection 21/22. You’ve seen colour-blocking, camouflage prints, cross-over looks and new styles like the anorak.
