Returns & Exchanges
Would you like to return an item? Items can be returned within fourteen days of receiving your order. Protest does not allow exchanges of items, but you can return them and place a new order with the desired item.
To return one or more items, please follow the return procedure below.

*If you have placed multiple orders they may be returned in 1 package.
IMPORTANT: make sure all return forms are included in the package.
Please note: You will have to pay the direct costs of returning the goods, which amounts from €7.50.
If wrong or damaged items have been delivered, the return costs are for Protest. In that case, we request you to send an email to customerservice@protest.eu. For more information about this: Received wrong / damaged product
After we received your return, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.
When returning an item please make sure that:
- The item is in the original packaging;
- All labels and cards remain attached to the item;
- Make sure you have a box or sturdy envelope to put the item in;
- Clearly list Protest's return address by placing the label on the box or envelope in a clearly visible location;
If you do not abide the above rules Protest cannot process the item.
We handle your order carefully, but unfortunately it can happen that a wrong or damaged product has been sent.
Send an email to customerservice@protest.eu with your order number and photographic proof that the product is wrong or damaged.
After checking by one of our employees, a free return label will be sent to initiate the return process. Because exchange is not possible, you can order the product again in our webshop.
