Questions or complaints?

For questions and/or complaints you can contact our Customer Service via email at customerservice@protest.eu.
To handle a complaint, we need the following information in order to process and handle everything quickly and clearly:
<ul><li>Name</li><li>E-mail address</li><li>Order number</li><li>Complaint</li><li>Attachments with photos of complaint</li></ul>
Protest strives to respond to your questions and/ or complaints within 8 hours on working days.
If you really can’t work it out with us, you can also submit your dispute/ complaint to a dispute committee via the European ODR Platform.

Warranty conditions

All our products have a warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Items purchased directly on our website (www.protest.eu) can be repaired at our expense after consultation. In this case, please first contact customerservice@protest.eu. A Protest employee will assess the status of the item. After approval of the employee, an item may or may not be repaired.
The entire repair process until return can take up to two weeks. We will send an email as soon as the repaired product has been sent back to you.

Create an account

If you are not a customer yet, you can create an account yourself by clicking on "Login" at the top right of this website. At "Create my account" you can enter all your details in the form. You will receive a confirmation email which means your account has been activated.

Change account

By clicking "Login" at the top right, you can log into your account and make changes to your personal information.
For example, you can create different delivery addresses where you can have your order sent to (like the address of your work). It is also possible to set a different billing and delivery address.
All data that you leave with Protest will only be used to provide you with the best possible service. Your data will not be used for other purposes / third parties.
If you want to delete your account, please send an email to <a href="mailto:customerservice@protest.eu">customerservice@protest.eu</a> .

Change Password

In the login screen you can change your password by clicking on "OOPS! I LOST MY PASSWORD'. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Account

Return procedure

After receiving your order, you can return your articles to Protest within 14 days for any reason. The item(s) and the packaging must be complete, unused and undamaged. If not, Protest has the right to charge the depreciation, any cleaning costs or the entire purchase amount.
To return one or more items, follow the below return procedure dependent of the country you live in:
<ul><li>You must contact Protest customer service via <a href="mailto:customerservice@protest.eu">customerservice@protest.eu</a>, they will supply you with a DHL returnlabel. They will need the following information:</li><li>Ordernumber</li><li>Description of the item(s) being returned (color, sizes, articlenumber)</li><li>You can put the returning items in the package, however please do not close the parcel yet, you will receive DHL labels and documents after contacting customer service.</li></ul>Please note: The costs of returnshipping is $10.

Return conditions

When returning an item please make sure that:
<ul><li>The item is in the original packaging;</li><li>All labels and cards remain attached to the item;</li><li>The item is placed in a box or envelope;</li></ul>
If you do not abide the above rules Protest cannot process the item.

Exchange

We can’t automatically exchange your items. If you want to exchange an item, you can return it and order the desired item again in our webshop.

Received wrong / damaged product

We handle your order carefully, but unfortunately it can happen that a wrong or damaged product has been sent.
After checking by one of our employees, a free return label will be sent to initiate the return process. Because exchange is not possible, you can order the product again in our webshop.
Please note: if you have received an article with a default, please contact us via E-mail. Please note your ordernumber, stylenumber and pictures of the default. We will look into the possibility to have your item be repaired by a local tailor, rather than sending it back to Protest.

Shipping options

Apologies, we temporarily don't ship to the USA. Protest delivers to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Great Britain, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain Denmark and Sweden. Specify your shipping country in the menu or at the bottom of the Protest website.

For USA orders under $75 the shipping costs are $10, for orders above $75 the shipping costs are free.
If you have entered an incorrect or incomplete (delivery) address and the package can’t be delivered, we have to charge the delivery costs. Please check your details carefully.

Change delivery address

In your account you can create different delivery addresses to which you would like to send your order to. It is also possible to set a different billing and delivery address.
Please note: it is not possible to change your delivery address after placing an order.

Shipping times for the United States is 3 – 5 business days.
Your order will be sent through DHL Express. Once the package is sent, you will receive an email with the Track &amp; Trace link to follow your shipment. If the shipping service is unable to deliver your package on their first attempt, it will be delivered (depending on the courier) to your neighbours, or taken back to the post depot.
We can’t deliver to a PO Box.

Parcel not received

It is possible that your parcel can’t be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Before contacting us, we would like to ask you to track the shipment status of your parcel and ask for more information from the carrier regarding your parcel.
If the parcel has been delivered according to the Track &amp; Trace, you can view a ‘Proof of Delivery’ in the parcel status. Here you can see who accepted the parcel and where exactly the parcel was delivered. We can even find a GPS point to locate the place where the parcel has been signed.
If you are unable to find a solution, you can contact our customer service. We will then contact the carrier and ensure that a solution will be found as soon as possible.

Your payment with Protest is processed quickly and safely through our partner Pay.nl. You can use PayPal, Visa and MasterCard to pay for your Protest order.

Follow the procedure below to order:
<ol><li>Select the product you would like to buy on our webshop;</li><li>Here you’ll find more information on the product. Choose the right size and colour and click the “add to cart” button;</li><li>Check the articles in your shopping bag and choose "Continue shopping" or "Complete order";</li><li>Continue shopping: You return to the webshop. Repeat the above instructions to add more items to your shopping bag;</li><li>Payment: When you are done shopping, click on the "Complete order" button;</li><li>Sign in (if you already have an account), place your order as a guest or create an account (so we can register you as a customer);</li><li>Enter your billing details and choose a delivery method. Click on "Continue to payment";</li><li>Select your preferred payment method and click on "Continue to order review";</li><li>Carefully review your order and accept the terms and conditions before clicking on "Buy now". You will now be redirected to the secure payment page of Pay.nl. Follow the steps in the screen;</li><li>If the payment was successful, your order will be saved and a confirmation email will be sent. Your order has been placed successfully.</li></ol>

Change or cancel order

The time between placing an order and processing it is very short. After you have paid for your order, it is therefore no longer possible to change or cancel it. You can use the withdrawal form or return the items via our return procedure*. You can place a new order for the correct product on our webshop.
