Men’s Winter Trends 2018/2019

It’s powder time

You’ve had a long hot summer. It’s time. Are you ready to see the sun reflected off of a layer of fresh pow. Ready to throw the skis, boards, boots into the car and find a landscape of snow to explore. You’ll need the right gear to help you get there. Think ski jacket, ski trousers, base layers. We’ve got you covered.

We’ve been busy re-inventing your winter wardrobe. At Protest, we are known for bringing the unexpected to the slopes, street meeting snow in fantastic fusion. This season is no exception. Scroll down to see the must-have looks created for you. The winter is coming, be ready with Protest.

We’ve been inspired by work wear, clothing with function at its heart – what better place to look for functional inspiration.  The rugged fabrics, the buckles and belts all give ideas for improved functionality in design. You’ll see these aspects incorporated in our Terence salopettes.

Inspired by the traditional anorak. These hardy pieces of outerwear were originally used in Polar Regions so it’s fitting that we should look to the anorak for inspiration for our coming winter collection. With a half-zipper, this awesome shape features in our menswear collection as the Eskimo, which has 10K waterproofing.

At Protest, we are striving for more earth-friendly fabrics and processes. We have created the GeoGreen label; functional snow items that are made out of recycled products or sustainable fabrics; The Brixham and the McFly, for example, are made from 100% recycled plastic PET bottles, resulting in winter jackets that are eco-friendly, functional, durable, stylish and of course, high performance all at the same time.
