The PRTLUPINE has 10K water resistance and 10g breathability ratings, which essentially means that water is kept out and moisture on the inside is allowed to escape – keeping you warm and dry! The wrist cuffs are half-elasticated and have a hook-and-loop fastener, and the inner cuff has a thumb hole.
