For questions and/or complaints you can contact our Customer Service via email at customerservice@protest.eu.

To handle a complaint, we need the following information in order to process and handle everything quickly and clearly:

  • Name
  • E-mail address
  • Order number
  • Complaint
  • Attachments with photos of complaint

Protest strives to respond to your questions and/ or complaints within 8 hours on working days.

If you really can’t work it out with us, you can also submit your dispute/ complaint to a dispute committee via the European ODR Platform.
