Questions or complaints?

Due to the Christmas period, our response time may be slightly longer than you are used to from us. We will do our best to help you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!For questions and/or complaints you can contact our Customer Service via email at customerservice@protest.eu.To handle a complaint, we need the following information in order to process and handle everything quickly and clearly:<ul><li>Name</li><li>E-mail address</li><li>Order number</li><li>Complaint</li><li>Attachments with photos of complaint</li></ul>Protest strives to respond to your questions and/ or complaints within 8 hours on working days.If you really can’t work it out with us, you can also submit your dispute/ complaint to a dispute committee via the European ODR Platform.

Warranty conditions

All our products have a warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Items purchased directly on our website (www.protest.eu) can be repaired at our expense after consultation. In this case, please first contact customerservice@protest.eu. A Protest employee will assess the status of the item. After approval of the employee, an item may or may not be repaired.
The entire repair process until return can take up to two weeks. We will send an email as soon as the repaired product has been sent back to you.

Do you want to stay informed about our promotions, offers and new collections? Sign up for the Protest newsletter! You can indicate your registration and preferences in your account. Once you have registered for the newsletter, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Withdrawal form

Services

Create an account

If you are not a customer yet, you can create an account yourself by clicking on “Login” at the top right of this website. At “Create my account” you can enter all your details in the form. You will receive a confirmation email which means your account has been activated.

Change account

By clicking “Login” at the top right, you can log into your account and make changes to your personal information. 

All data that you leave with Protest will only be used to provide you with the best possible service. Your data will not be used for other purposes / third parties.
If you want to delete your account, please send an email to customerservice@protest.eu

Change password

In the login screen you can change your password by clicking on “OOPS! I FORGOT MY PASSWORD’. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Privacy policy

Your privacy is important to Protest. We undertake to protect and guarantee the rights regarding the privacy of your data. You can find out exactly how we do this and what it means for you as a customer in our <a href="https://www.protest.eu/privacy-statement/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Privacy Statement.</a>

Return procedure

*If you have placed multiple orders they may be returned in 1 package. IMPORTANT: make sure all return forms are included in the package. 
Please note: You will have to pay the direct costs of returning the goods, which amounts from €7.50.
If wrong or damaged items have been delivered, the return costs are for Protest. In that case, we request you to send an email to customerservice@protest.eu. After we received your return, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Return conditions

When returning an item please make sure that:
<ul><li>The item is in the original packaging;</li><li>All labels and cards remain attached to the item;</li><li>Make sure you have a box or sturdy envelope to put the item in;</li><li>Clearly list Protest's return address by placing the label on the box or envelope in a clearly visible location;</li></ul>



If you do not abide the above rules Protest cannot process the item.

Exchange

We can’t automatically exchange your items. If you want to exchange an item, you can return it and order the desired item again in our webshop.

Received wrong / damaged product

We handle your order carefully, but unfortunately it can happen that a wrong or damaged product has been sent.
Send an email to customerservice@protest.eu with your order number and photographic proof that the product is wrong or damaged.
After checking by one of our employees, a free return label will be sent to initiate the return process. Because exchange is not possible, you can order the product again in our webshop.

Returns & Exchanges

Shipping options

Protest delivers to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Great Britain, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Denmark, United States and Sweden. Specify your shipping country in the menu or at the bottom of the Protest website.

The shipping costs for Poland are free of charge for orders above 350 zł. For orders up to 350 zł, 24 zł will be charged for shipping.
If you have entered an incorrect or incomplete (delivery) address and the package can’t be delivered, we always have to charge the delivery costs. Please check your details carefully.

Change delivery address

In your account you can create different delivery addresses to which you would like to send your order to. It is also possible to set a different billing and delivery address.
Please note: it is not possible to change your delivery address after placing an order.

Delivery time

Shipping times for Poland: 3 business days.Once the package is sent, you will receive an email with the Track &amp; Trace link to follow your shipment. If the shipping service is unable to deliver your package on their first attempt, it will be delivered (depending on the courier or shipping service) to your neighbours, or taken back to the post depot.We can’t deliver to a PO box.

Parcel not received

It is possible that your parcel can’t be delivered within 3 working days.
Before contacting us, we would like to ask you to track the shipment status of your parcel and ask for more information from the carrier regarding your parcel.
If the parcel has been delivered according to the Track &amp; Trace, you can view a ‘Proof of Delivery’ in the parcel status. Here you can see who accepted the parcel and where exactly the parcel was delivered. We can even find a GPS point to locate the place where the parcel has been signed.
If you are unable to find a solution, you can contact our customer service. We will then contact the carrier and ensure that a solution will be found as soon as possible.

Your payment with Protest is processed quickly and safely through our partner Pay.nl. For Poland payments can be made by Przelewy 24, Maestro, Visa or MasterCard.

Follow the procedure below to order:
<ol><li>Select the product you would like to buy in our webshop;</li><li>Here you’ll find more information on the product. Choose the right size and colour and click the “add to bag” button;</li><li>Check the articles in your shopping bag and choose “Continue shopping” or “Checkout”;</li><li>Continue shopping: You return to the webshop. Repeat the above instructions to add more items to your shopping bag;</li><li>Payment: When you are done shopping, click on the “Checkout” button;</li><li>Sign in (if you already have an account), place your order as a guest or create an account (so we can register you as a customer);</li><li>Enter your billing details and choose a delivery method. Click on “Continue to payment”;</li><li>Select your preferred payment method and click on “Continue to order review”;</li><li>Carefully review your order and accept the terms and conditions before clicking on “Buy now”. You will now be redirected to the secure payment page of Pay.nl. Follow the steps in the screen;</li><li>If the payment was successful, your order will be saved and a confirmation email will be sent. Your order has been placed successfully.</li></ol>

Change or cancel order

The time between placing an order and processing it is very short. After you have paid for your order, it is therefore no longer possible to change or cancel it. You can use the <a href="https://cdn.protest.eu/app/uploads/2016/02/Withdrawal-Form-Update-NEW-V2.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">withdrawal form</a> or return the items via our return procedure. You can place a new order for the correct product via our webshop.
